A study recently released by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) detailed many statistics about the current real estate market. The 120 page report, titled 2013 National Association of RealtorsProfile of Home Buyers and Sellers covers all facets of the real estate industry. Topics include:

Yes, it’s still a great seller’s market. A lot of homes are being sold “right off the shelf”, so to speak.
