, a lifelong resident of the Santa Clarita Valley, takes great pride and has a passion for helping his friends, family and clients achieve their housing and personal goals. With an intimate knowledge of the area, its amenities, residents, and business networks, Brandon is the perfect person to have on your side if you are a new or current resident, or if you are looking for that special “local treatment” from the best businesses and vendors in town.

With a clear understanding of the ever-changing real estate market, Brandon implements the technology, tools and resources that allow his clients to get the most out of their real estate experience. With a strong focus in regular, short sale, bank owned, and investor opportunities, Brandon’s expertise and continuous pursuit of education has kept him in the top tier of producing agents.

Brandon entered the business in 2001 with Realty Executives and the Rollins Team. He was the manager and operating partner of Team Real Estate for two years before embarking on his current solo career. Brandon keeps his clients up to date on current market happenings, and guarantees that there is always someone there to assist his clients with whatever is needed.

With the majority of his clients coming as referrals, Brandon strives daily to make every clients experience the best possible through clear communication from the beginning, to well past the close of their transaction.

Brandon is married to his wife Megan and they have two sons, Easton and Hudson.

Barbara Clendenin Director of Operations

Barbara ClendeninAs the Director of Operations, Barbara is ultimately responsible for the day to day management of the office and ensuring that every client’s experience is the best possible.

Starting her career in the real estate industry over 20 years ago, Barbara’s knowledge of today’s real estate market, short sale negotiations, property management, and thorough understanding of the home buying and selling process makes Barbara a highly valued asset to the Team and our clients. As a licensed Realtor and active Sales Agent as well, Barbara works closely with all of our clients to guarantee all of their needs are identified and expectations exceeded.

 


Alicia Echeverria-Director of Sales

Alicia EchevarriaA longtime resident of the Santa Clarita Valley, Alicia demonstrates a tremendous dedication to the community through both her business and volunteer efforts.
Having been brought up in the Santa Clarita Valley, Alicia and her husband have made their home base in the SCV, where they and their children are surrounded by family.

Following her graduation with a BA in Communications from CSU Northridge, Alicia began a career in entertainment public relations where she honed the fine art of providing the best of all worlds to her celebrity clients. With her unsurpassed customer service skills and 18 years in the real estate business, Alicia is a “Major League Hitter” with Montemayor and Associates!


Masie Lindstrom-Client Care Specialist

As the Client Care Specialist for Montemayor and Associates, Masie ensures that constant communication is maintained and all of the Team’s clients are kept updated on the recent happenings of the local Real Estate market.  With her extensive experience and knowledge of the Real Estate business, Masie has the tools necessary to ensure that every client has the best experience possible.

Masie was born in Sacramento and is the oldest of 5 kids. She has studied marketing and communications.  Masie married her best friend and now husband of over twenty years. Together they have 4 children who are the joy of her life. She has worked in Real Estate at the support level and as a Realtor for the past 13 years. She enjoys traveling, photography and spending time with her family.


Robyn Clendenin-Escrow Manager

robynAs the Escrow Manager for Montemayor & Associates, Robyn’s responsibility is to handle all transactions from contract to closing. Robyn assists our clients through the escrow process ensuring that all phases are accomplished successfully. As the point of contact, our clients have full and constant access at any time.

Robyn started her career in lending and rose to a Sr. Loan Processor and enjoyed a twenty year career. She has expanded her career into the Real Estate sales side of the industry and enjoys servicing our clients with her expertise and knowledge.

I had specific needs for my new home. Brandon was very patient with my unique situation and flexible when it kept changing. He showed me so many houses, but with little inventory, none of them were quite perfect or they had too much HOA or Mello Roos. Finally when we found The One, no HOA, no Mello Roos, it had been on the market for 4 days and I made an offer that morning. I was sure the sellers would give it to someone else but Brandon worked hard to make sure they accepted my offer and by that night, the house was mine. Had it not been for Brandon I would still be searching for a house because so far, there is still nothing better than mine.
