So here is a list of the top 5 things you can do with your family in Santa Clarita that will cost you nothing but a good time!

1. Explore Our Bike Trails

The Santa Clarita Valley is criss-crossed by more than 70 miles of biking trails and paths, many of which can be easily accessed by bicycle from most Santa Clarita neighborhoods. They are easy to ride, with very low rises and dips, you can get to practically any other fun spot including the Westfield Valencia Town Center, and many parks and green belts.

2. Take a tour of the William S. Hart Ranch & Museum

Silent film star William S. Hart made Newhall his home until his passing in 1946. The land that was his home was donated to the city and is now known as William S. Hart Park, located on Newhall Avenue, where Main and Newhall merge at the roundabout in Old Town Newhall. His mansion, which sits at the top of the hill, is open for tours during certain days of the week. It is filled with classic western decor, and you’ll learn some fascinating stories about the man himself.

3. Placerita Nature Center

Located at Placerita State Park in Newhall on Placerita Canyon Road, the Nature Center is open for tours and nature walks. Most trails are easily traversed, and the park is perfect for a relaxing picnic.

4. Concerts in the Park

Every summer the City of Santa Clarita hosts their Concerts in the Park series that runs during July and August at Central Park. Every Saturday you’ll see a different act take the stage. These events are family friendly and are a staple of summer fun in the Santa Clarita Valley.

5. Senses On Main

Think of Senses as one big block party in Old Town Newhall with a different theme each third Thursday of the month. Plenty of arts and craft booths, displays, live music, food trucks and more. Event runs from March through October.

Client Testimonials
I had specific needs for my new home. Brandon was very patient with my unique situation and flexible when it kept changing. He showed me so many houses, but with little inventory, none of them were quite perfect or they had too much HOA or Mello Roos. Finally when we found The One, no HOA, no Mello Roos, it had been on the market for 4 days and I made an offer that morning. I was sure the sellers would give it to someone else but Brandon worked hard to make sure they accepted my offer and by that night, the house was mine. Had it not been for Brandon I would still be searching for a house because so far, there is still nothing better than mine.
